
Nduja is the most famous Calabrian cured meats in the world. It is a sausage with a spicy flavour and a strong aroma. It has a creamy and spreadable consistency, used a lot in cooking, in first courses as in appetizers and on croutons.
Gluten-free and without milk derivatives, Nduja is obtained from the careful selection of fatty parts of the pig, such as pancetta and guanciale, and flavoured with Calabrian hot pepper.
